Mixed Smoothie

Makes: 1-2 Servings

It’s smoothie season and we’re here to deliver tasty and nutritious recipes for you to try! This delicious and berry, berry healthy smoothie is packed with nutrients and naturally sweet flavors. It makes a great on the go breakfast or midday snack! It’s both nourishing and filling, giving you a burst of energy for the day!


  • ½ banana
  • 175 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 handful spinach (can substitute with chard or kale)
  • 2 tbsp goji berries (can substitute with raisins or dates)
  • 125 g frozen blueberries (or frozen berry of choice)
  • 125 g Microgreens (Broccoli or Kale is recommended)
  • 65 ml plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (can substitute with sunflower seeds)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 handful of ice

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add more juice to reach desired consistency if needed
  3. Top with more microgreens or blueberries and enjoy!
