Wheatgrass Smoothie

Makes: 1 serving

Wheatgrass is rich in chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals and gives you a clean boost of energy.

This smoothie is perfectly refreshing, naturally sweet, thick and creamy, and full of nutrients! The perfect, quick and delicious way to start your day!

  • 500 g of Fresh Kale or Spinach (mature or microgreens)
  • 125 g Cantaloupe, frozen*
  • 1 Banana, frozen*
  • 125 - 250 ml unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cm piece of Fresh Ginger, peeled (or to taste)
  • 1 spoonful Wheatgrass Powder (Instructions see Wheatgrass Latte)

Freezing the fruit beforehand will create a creamier and thicker texture! If you are unable to freeze the fruit ahead of time, you can add ice.
